In terms of forum rules, we ask that you only create one forum recruitment thread on these forums, even if youre considering running multiple guilds. For those who are thinking of having both a Republic and Sith guild, we suggest using the Undecided forum to create one thread containing both guilds.
If I may make a recommendation, running one guild is a huge enough undertaking on its own. While maintaining two guilds is certainly doable, its going to require more than double the effort that running a single guild does. If your reason for creating a second guild is that you dont believe your first guild has taken the direction you were hoping for, I might suggest taking a step back and evaluating the reasons why that happened, lest you end up making the same mistakes again. Why has your old guild gone inactive? Why is no one posting on your forums? Answering these questions will guide you towards improving guild relations and culture, and you may even find that youre able to revitalize your first guild without starting all over. Good luck! DB |
